wealth managers
The APCO System is designed to handle a wide variety of investment portfolios, including the complexities of trust relationships. This means all trade generation algorithms distinguish principal from income, and can accommodate multiple registrations per asset. (E.g. some shares of a position are held at the DTC, but other shares are held as collateral). The system also calculates the anticipated YTD gain/loss of all proposed trades allowing a manager to identify special tax circumstances.
Wealth Managers need trade generation tools that allow them to trade across hundreds of accounts, yet maintain client-specific constraints within individual portfolios. The APCO system is designed to employ pre-trade compliance checks against all positions even during departmental modelling. This includes client specified do not buy and/or sell constraints, pre-authorization requirements, etc.
